About Us

Growing up all over the Pacific Northwest, in the mountains on the water and in gardens, I've always appreciated the connection with nature and felt that the more time spent in a natural environment you can interact with, life has more meaning and flows more clearly.  In this day and age, it's taking more of an effort to escape bright lights and busy streets by going into nature.  When you can have a balanced life and an easy escape into your yard to feel that connection, it can be life changing and motivating.  Studying Natural Sciences in college then working a few years with Environmental Politics in North California, I learned a lot about sustainability and was introduced to a lot of very interesting people and ideas that built a wealth of knowledge. After moving back to Washington and working in concrete paver and wall production, commercial and high end residential construction and property development, I learned skills and built relationships within the industry and decided to take action blending skills with passion and a mission for a world I would like to see.
